This is a Mantis Shrimp reffered to as the "Thumb Splitter" because of the damage they can inflict on you if you have your hands in the wrong place at the wrong time. This is only the back end of him, he was not as aggressive as the Peacock mantis Shrimp Above.

This is a Peacock Mantis Shrimp that is being rasied at the Mote Aquariium in Sarasota Florida. I was recently there and this was their only one of this kind.
